St. Jude

Kate was born abroad in Augsburg, Germany to military parents and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana. She enjoyed earning her undergraduate degree at IU (GO BIG RED!) where she attained a BA in Speech Communications with minors in both Business and SPEA.

Kate started her retail/sales experiences in 1997 with Limited Brands; Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret & Victoria's Secret Beauty and has continued for 20+ years with other brands such as Cynde's Shoes, Clara Karen Couture, and on a much larger sales scale as a real estate broker (15 years) with Esquire Real Estate Group.

In March of 2021, Kate & Steve purchased the Edible Arrangements Franchise on County Line Rd. While they have owned and operated for just over a year, the location has been in business since 2007.

It was fate when a chance meeting at a wedding in 1999 introduced Kate to her husband of 20 years, Steve Vannoy. They have two children; Will 17 (Roncalli Junior) and Karen 9 (St. Jude 4th grade). Kate enjoys volunteering in her parish Meals Ministry, Mercy Meals, Festival support, volunteering at both schools for her kiddos, and helping out with Beggars for the Poor.
