St. Barnabas

Jim has worked in the mortgage industry since 1991. He has owned Chapman Mortgage since 2000 and takes great pride with the countless families he has helped buy and refinance their homes.

Jim grew up on the east side of Indianapolis and attended St. Simon parish. He and his family have been members of St. Barnabas since 1999. Jim and his wife, Karen, have two sons that attend St. Barnabas School where Jim is the wrestling coordinator. Jim enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. They can be found most summer weekends boating and fishing on Cordry Lake.
