Chuck attended Roncalli High School and Butler University. He has been a high school administrator at his alma mater for 38 years. Chuck and his wife Jane have been married for 37 years and have 3 children. His oldest son Max is married with 2 young daughters, his middle son Sam is engaged to be married, and his youngest daughter Grace is the Assistant Principal at St. Anthony Catholic School in Indianapolis.
