Andy is married to his wife Jen, and they have two children, Charlie and Ruth. He is a higher education administrator and civic volunteer who has served the University of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Archdiocese for more than 20 years.

Since opening its doors in 1902, The University of Indianapolis has been building a culture of connectedness with a unique emphasis on giving back through service-learning and volunteer work. As an academic ecosystem interconnected with the city of Indianapolis, students are surrounded with myriad of opportunities, including internships, experiential learning, music, culture, service, and more ways to grow and emerge greater.
